Please note: Tinctures are extracted with alcohol.
Serving Suggestion
The recommended serving is 2ml per tincture a day. 1 squeeze of the rubber bulb is equal to 1ml, this squeeze should only fill the glass tube 1/3 way up.
Take Directly Under The Tongue: Place the recommended serving directly under your tongue and hold up to 30 seconds before swallowing. This method allows quick absorption.

We currently offer FREE UK shipping on all orders over £40.
Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Returns
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the tinctures must be in the same condition that you have received it, unopened and unused with tamper-proof seal still in tact and in its original packaging.
