I did so much research before coming across these guys and they just ticked all the boxes. I will admit, I was still skeptical. However we have been taking the 5 blend everyday for a good few weeks and there have definitely been noticeable improvements! Tried powders and gummies, these tinctures are super easy to dose and seem to be working just as well, if not better than other products I've tried. Only 3 weeks in so far, looking forward to seeing how things develop.
I'm still in the early days of using it so haven't given it full marks yet but its tasty and seems to give me a calmer focus and clearer head. I have less need for my morning coffee which is interesting as I'm usually a real addict. I think the mushrooms replace the caffeine kick somehow
