Scientifically Mogo farm uses one of the most effective methods to extract the bio active molecules from the fungi. They use a low temperature method that does not degrade the molecules as much as a crude heat distillation method. Instead they use alcohol then water. The preparations are well sealed and I trust the integrity of what is sold. The only downside is the alcohol content. Unlike powders and gels this farm produced alcoholic “beverages” called tinctures. If you don’t consume alcohol this is a genuine disadvantage
I'm sleeping so much better since oli started these. Whether it's the mushrooms or a placebo effect who knows but I'm not stopping them because I feel great!
I take Reishi a couple of hours before bed usually in a drink as it’s quite a punchy taste on its own (but doable!) & I do think it helps with my sleep so I would definitely continue to use it as one of my go to tinctures🙂

Hearing about the benefits to my general health, especially microbiome & skin related, I decided to try Mogo Farm Mushroom Tinctures. Having avoided eating actual mushrooms for some time, it felt right that the benefits are still available without eating the mushrooms directly. I started with free Turkey Tail, then have added one more each week until adding two more this week. So now am having Turkey Tail, Chaga, Lions Mane & Cordyceps in my morning coffee & Maitake, Shiitake & Reishi in my evening cup of tea. My general health has noticeably improved 4 weeks in - am sleeping well & skin looking & feeling so much more comfortable. The Mogo Farm information sheet & leaflet with my set of 6 tinctures + free Turkey Tail are very helpful as to the benefits of each Tincture & when to take them.
