I take this product each night and seem to have better sleep for it.
I track my sleep and it has improved dramatically since using this product. Before I was averaging 6 hours and now I’m averaging 7.5 hours. Love it

Helps with better sleep
Along with Lion’s Mane which I take every morning Reishi has become a go to in the evening. I think my sleep has improved since taking it & I seem to get off to sleep more quickly. Can’t say I love the taste if I take it neat (!) but I usually add it to a drink or yoghurt which works for me! Definitely one I will continue to take.

Great for a good sleep. Really calms down (without feeling drowsy). Works almost instantly (in my case within few days) and improves quality of sleep. I am dreaming much more and waking up more restful. I'm not a fan of the taste so I'm having it with water or tea. Great value for the price looking at alternativess, giving that bottle has 50 doses, so for one person is a bit more than 6 weeks.
