Tried powders and gummies, these tinctures are super easy to dose and seem to be working just as well, if not better than other products I've tried. Only 3 weeks in so far, looking forward to seeing how things develop.
I'm still in the early days of using it so haven't given it full marks yet but its tasty and seems to give me a calmer focus and clearer head. I have less need for my morning coffee which is interesting as I'm usually a real addict. I think the mushrooms replace the caffeine kick somehow

Been taking Turkey Tail for a long time now and for the last year have switched to Turkey Tail Tincture which is stronger and quickly absorbed when put under the tongue. Have a lot of faith in this mushroom and it's health benefits.

I’ve suffered with sleep problems for years and I’m trying to wean myself of sleeping tablets. I’ve only been taking Reisha for about a week so it’s too early to tell as I’m still waking up early but I’m definitely feeling more relaxed. Time will tell if my sleep improves.

New to this mushroom tincture journey but so far loving it. Early days but I have noticed some benefits - less gut issues, a bit more alert. This is one of 3 which I have purchased and I am doing intermittent with the other 2. I don't find the taste unpleasant, it's actually quite nice but I did find the tingling under the tongue when you first take it a little strange but it wears of quickly.
